Theweofme Flips, LLC builds and flips homes in the Chattanooga area. What sets us apart is our drive to continue the value and history of each home we flip.
Whenever possible, we aim to assist homeowners facing distress in keeping their homes.
If keeping the home isn't feasible, we explore all available options. This includes providing guidance, property rescue, renovation assistance, purchasing properties and aiding with relocation.
We are not realtors, accountants, or lawyers. We are here to provide guidance and assistance in the direction you choose to go. We will support your needs and goals.
After spending 30 years in the mental health field utilizing my Psychology and Social Work degrees I decided it was time to pursue my second dream of flipping homes.
While working with our clients, we strive to create a dependable relationship during the renovation that is sustained long after they move into their home. We provide all of the tools to help the buyer be confident in the most important purchase of their life while nurturing the relationship we built during the process.

From the time we are born until who we are now, we are influenced. What we do with those forces of influence in our lives will play a part in determining who we are. We may need to heal, to forgive, to mature until we have become who to be. I WILL be me. I WILL have a support system that lets me BE ME.

She assembled the real estate investing team when she realized people needed a one-stop-shop for real estate services. Kent has a dual degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has been a Computer Analyst and technological guru for almost 50 years. He and his wife, Darlen, have 4 adult children, and two grandchildren. Kent is your "behind the scenes" coordinator while assisting Darlen with all things data entry and resourcing. He is of gentle spirit and will help your experience be a calm one.
